Our primary products are book covers and music covers. We also offer custom designs for apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.), drinkware (mugs, water bottles, etc.), accessories (tote bags, purses, etc.), stationery (notebooks, journals, pens, etc.), home decor (pillows, wall art, etc.), logos, website design, and more. You'll need to fill out the intake form with details such as your design idea, dimensions, color palette (with hex codes), and any design inspiration. You can also email additional details and attachments to theernestleone@gmail.com within 3 business days of completing the form.
4. How does the Pay-What-You-Want Donation Basis work?
Our custom graphic design service operates on a pay-what-you-want donation basis. You decide what you can afford to pay. However, there is a $1 security deposit required to reserve your spot. This deposit is due upon signing the service agreement and must be received before any work begins.
5. What are the requirements for giving credit?
All I ask in return is that you give credit and spread the word to help other artists in need find me. Share your experience on social media and tag me on Instagram and TikTok: @theernestleone.
6. Can I request revisions to my custom design?
Yes, the service includes one round of revisions to ensure your design is exactly what you want.
7. Will my design be watermarked?

8. What is the design element limit?
Each design is limited to 3 design elements (scenery, font, object).
9. Are spaces limited?
Yes, spaces are limited. We are only taking 20 donation-based clients each month to ensure quality and timely service.
10. What happens if I need additional revisions or services?
Any additional services, including further revisions beyond the scope of the original agreement, will require a new contract and may incur additional charges. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
11. What is your refund policy?
All sales transactions are final once the intake consultation is complete and the contract is signed. No refunds will be issued after payment has been made and the design process has started. For more details, please refer to our refund policy section in the service agreement.
